Delivery of the Pont de Flandres office project

Delivery is imminent for the office building project at the Pont de Flandres park.

The works, which began in 2015, are nearing completion and the premises, which are expected to house the new offices of the URSSAF, will be inaugurated shortly.

Located in the 19th district, the 8-storey 8.670m² building designed by architect Anne Carcelen is a new entrance close to the Rosa Parks station.

Close to the railway tracks, the project has been designed to minimise the nuisances generated: The building is entirely made of wood frame, only the ground floor and the cores are constructed of concrete. The 5.000m² of facades are also realized in large majority in wooden curtain walls, supplemented by glass or zinc panels. Finally, the building is placed on spring boxes in order to optimize its acoustics.
