EMBLEM: New facades and new name for the "Cèdre" Tower
This RFR project currently under construction concerns the renovation of the tower in order to give it a more modern finish.
The new facade design enhances the existing glass elements that are preserved and allows to meet current thermal requirements by adding a more efficient external insulation.
The renovation includes a new type: a cladding in high-performance fibre-reinforced concrete panels (typology under ATEx) including a lighting to give it new night visibility.
