The Regional Council of Ile-de-France soon to be delivered!

The building imagined and designed by architect Jacques Ferrier, rises on 7 floors. Located in the Docks of Saint-Ouen, it is close to the line 13 of the parisian subway and the future Saint-Denis Pleyel train station (another ongoing RFR project), which will be the main node of the Grand Paris Express automatic metro network.

The two main bodies of the building are organized around a green patio planted with trees. A courtyard and garden will be hung on Influence 2.0. This 24 000m² building meets the best construction standards by guaranteeing the following enery performances: Excellent HQE: 4/5 level, BREEAM Very Good and 2012 RT.

In addition to the administrative areas, the building also houses an hemicycle, a multipurpose hall, an exhibition hall, a nursery, three restaurants, a gym and a 500 places parking.

On this project, RFR participated in the realization of exterior joinery and occultations, glass canopies, and maintenance pods.
